Poor quality

Terrible experience. Wrong item was delivered and it took weeks to sort out. The quality of the seat I eventually got was mediocre.

The padding is so plush and the fabric feels high end. My kid is always relaxed in it. Five stars!

Does the job well. Comfortable for my infant. Knocking off one star because the color was slightly different from the picture. Still keeping it.
