Collaboration Process:

  1. After reviewing your profile, our team will contact selected collaborators directly.

  2. Once approved, you may choose one collaboration gift from The Moon Brand website.

  3. Send your selected product link, shipping details, and social media handle to our contact email or WhatsApp.

  4. Our team will arrange product dispatch within 7 working days of confirmation.

Content Guidelines:

  • Collaborators are expected to create authentic, high-quality photo or video content featuring the product.

  • Posts should tag @themoonbrand and use official campaign hashtags shared during confirmation.

  • All collaborations should align with our brand’s values — family, care, and creativity.

Additional Notes:

  • Gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Only approved collaborators will receive products.
